Nominaciones Oscar 2008

Ya se han lanzado las nominaciones al Oscar 2008 y se espera la entrega de la ansiada estatuilla el próximo 24 de Febrero, si es que la Huelga de guionistas que afecta a la industria no pospone la premiación.
En esta ocasión tenemos al español Javier barden nominado como mejor actor de reparto por “No Country for Old Men“, una película que todavía no llega a nuestras salas, pero que cuenta con excelentes criticas, sobretodo elogiando el trabajo que hace barden con su personaje: un psicópata muy particular.
Como era de esperarse, los filmes con contenidos políticos fueron ignorados por la academia, este año no hay un patrón específico en la premiación, así que se esperan muchas sorpresas.
Desafortunadamente la mayoría de las películas nominadas no han llegado al país aun, de las nominadas solo he alcanzado a ver: “American Gangster“, y puedo decir que es una excelente producción, así que si pueden véanla para que vean lo que es dar cátedra de buen cine.
En el país habrá varios sitios (bares y Lounges) que transmitirán la premiación en vivo, se me hace muy buena opción para disfrutar del show, en pantalla gigante, con amigos y unos traguitos.
